Roll It Out

Below are the best practices to roll out any of our expereiences. For larger, more complex organisations please get in touch. We would love to help.

Identify a Mission Controller

As we have an anti-traditional sales policy we don't like the word champion, but it really works. Identifying a mission controller to help roll out the plan company wide is crtitical to getting everyone on board.

Start Top Down

To drive any organisational culture shift, it needs to start at the top. Additionally, people managers will be the faciltiators for each exeprience, so its best if they have some expereience.

Engage The Org

Each team lead or senior should then act as the mission controller for their team. The game faciltates 4 - 8 players, so breaking it down into small teams is advised. If you have less than 50 headcount, you should only need one box. For larger organisations, please get in touch for bulk discounts.
